Joy, you are aptly named. Congratulations on your newly published work. You have been a blessing to many, including me. So glad to see you showcased. Your writing is crisp, clear, intelligent, and thought-provoking. I must have you on Faith-Lift with Stanice and Friends (on BlogTalkRadio.)

Joy has a way of making people feel like they can go after there talents as long as they know what their talents are. Joy has an exception talent in writing and speaking and she is using that talent to share with the world. I am more than proud of all the great things she has done and will continue to do.
I to feel that same energy before I'm ready to make a speech. I always talk to myself during that energy surge and each time i tell myself "James...what in the heck are you doing...go get a job and forget this speaking stuff!" Then they introduce me and that feeling goes away because I know I have a mortgage to pay. LOL....This is a great life and knowing Joy Jones is out there sharing her life makes it a little easier for people like me. Much Love my sister...you are one of the Good ones!

Hi Joy

What a joy to read your explanation of stage frght as a ball of energy that is a power surge! I am a presentation coach who specializes in stage fright and fear of public speaking. My Zimmer Method process guides people to feel their feelings of tension, instead of avoiding those feelings. When they relax into the feeling, the tension frees up and energy starts to flow through their bodies. That energy is passion or high intensity emotion that was stuck in teh body and is now free to flow. So expression frees up and pepole are energized to share their ideas, insights, talents and gifts. You have simply explained someting that took me many years to discover for myself and delelop into a method for helping people transform stage fright into authentic presence. I invite your readers to visit my Speaking Freely Blog at http://self-expression.com/speaking-freely where I share lots of ideas and exercises.
Thanks! You must be an amazing soul to be able to experience this issue so clearly!
