Thanks, Laurel House for joining us for the July Write On Meeting yesterday! House, author of QuickieChick’s Cheat Sheet to Life, Love, Food, Fitness, Fashion and Finance on a Less than Fabulous Budget, got her “break” when she started creating exercise videos with a twist.
Laurel House suggests:
– Creating an online identity by staying real, but then upping your image by creating a caricature of yourself
– Differentiating yourself and creating a brand by embracing your expertise, then putting a unique spin to it
-Using all social media outlets to feed and support each other
She also talked about ways for writers who work at home to stay fit/exercise … including Daily100s.
Listen to our entire conversation:

The August meeting will be on August 8 at 1pm Pacific/4pm Eastern on BlogTalkRadio.
