Happy New Year!

Happy New Year, Writers!

I love the start of the new year. It’s a clean slate, a reboot. Time to set goals and start planning out how to achieve them. Is 2013 the year you write that novel, non-fiction book, or screenplay? Are you going to start a blog, finally tackle social media, or step away from the computer and attend more live events? Maybe your goal is to write every day.

Whatever you decide to strive for in the new year, take a few minutes to pat yourself on the back for all you accomplished in 2012. Gold stars for everyone! Now, take a deep breath and jump into 2013 with both feet. And remember to enjoy.
