Here are the goals posted in November. How did everyone do?
Daniel Escurel Occeno I will be mentally plotting and jotting notes for my brand new novel to write a 50,000 words in 31 days of January with my writing friends at Southwest Missouri and Northern Arkansas. JaNoWriters is their versions of NaNoWriMo. At Springfield, Missouri – Sleuths’ Ink is the writing group, which holds, the writing event. I have the characters and the plot and the title is Pneumonia, Severe.
Bobbi Annicks To hire a person to create my first e-book from existing manuscript and officially launch my publishing company. Also, stop by the County Clerk’s Office and pick up a new company application.
Bobbi Annicks Actually – the moon is void of course on and off all week – not the best time to start a new business so that plan is changed!!!
Rachel Kolodziej Make Christmas crafts. Finish drafting the current story. Get through Christmas and make new goals.
Wayne Manigo President Obama went to my friend’s bookstore today. As a comedian, I’m writing a list of my reading suggestions for him, and an imaginary short story about me being a visiting tourist the following day.
Larissa Merriman Still working towards my NaNoWriMo goal, though I doubt I’m going to hit 50k by the 30th.
Lizzie Carroll planning to write a fun blog on the similarities between the use if technology in birth and the use of technology in sport. Also a little more of my birth planning program.
Daniel Escurel Occeno In between scenes fillers. Or at least thinking of things, of what to fill it with.
Corina We Christmas cards
Lois Paige Simenson Write 1-2 scenes each day until first draft novel is completed.
Lizzie Carroll To get through in one piece. Mot a writing goal, but my kids are pressing my buttons. I am also writing my new birth planning program and aim to have it done by the end of the week.
Robert Wright sorry keep having the same goal each week two chapters done per book so that i finish one by Dec, the other one in Feb.
Corina We I need to write clients the specials for the holidays. I want to read a novel and write some pages of my book. Hopefully a chapter.
Adam Bein I’m having Protagonist issues. The one I chose isn’t going to work. But I kinda want that guy in the story. ‘Keep thinking about this little jam
Julie Anne Finish two chapters, update website, write one blog post.
Robert Wright to finish two chapters
Lois Paige Simenson To stop dreaming about my MC’s. Last night I was in a car with them in my setting…they kept telling me to get out, I had no “write” to be there! I was deeply offended.
Ken Casey 10,000 words for NaNoWriMo.
Wayne Manigo Over the weekend, I attended a seminar at NSA DC on improving your comedy writing. I’m taking my thoughts about that session and creating an article for my ‘Addicted to Comedy’ column for Stage Time Magazine.
Daniel Escurel Occeno Late but to keep writing on my NaNoWriMo novel.
Daniel Escurel Occeno To continue writing on my NaNoWriMo novel while mother is on vacation but I will be writing in air-conditioned comforts of a hotel room with complementary breakfast buffet in mornings unless my 79 years old mother decides to go shopping and I have to accompany her in order to carry the packages, which she bought.
Lois Paige Simenson Meet or exceed Nano word count and finish character sketches.
Lois Paige Simenson Real life vs. writing life: I may have to get up in the middle of the night to get my 1667 in. GOAL for the week: To get ahead on word count for Nano, and complete my character worksheets.
Tammie Tarell To exceed the daily word count average of 1667 words for NaNoWriMo 50k word challenge this month. At 5456 for the 2nd day. I hope to have 15k words by next Sunday. Back to work…
Audrey Rich To begin writing toward my goal!
Daniel Escurel Occeno To write as much as I can on my NaNoWriMo novel. I am at my usual turtle speed so far behind on the daily word count average.
