Bringing community to writers throughout the world

Videos from 140edu

August 22nd, 2011 in Video by Debra Eckerling

Earlier this month, I traveled to New York to moderate a panel of college students for the inaugural 140edu Conference for Campus Explorer.

Thanks to organizers Jeff Pulver, 140conf, and Chris Lehman, founding principal of the Science Leadership Academy, there was plenty of education-related content for students, experts, and educators for all age ranges. The event was viewed on nearly 20,000 computers throughout the world! You can watch the videos from the conference here.

Check out the video of my “Is College Worth It?” discussion, featuring graduate student Kristen Durkin, NYU; senior Ethan Bodnar, Hartford Art School at University of Hartford; and junior Linnea Keys, Johns Hopkins University.
