Write On! Wednesday – Contest Deadline, West Hollywood Book Fair & More

Friday, September 30: Deadline for the September Challenge – “Fall:” Write 200 to 400 words on the topic: Fall. Three winners will receive their choice of one of two books, thanks to Michael Wiese Productions. Submit your 200- to 400-word short story or essay on the topic Fall in the body of an email to Debra@WriteOnOnline.com. Please also include your name and the type of writing you do along with your submission. Winners will be announced on Tuesday, October 11, on Write On! Online, and in the October Write On! Newsletter.

Sunday, October 2: The West Hollywood Book Fair takes place from 10am to 6 pm. The West Hollywood Book Fair is home to 12 stages, The Writing Room, and 125 exhibitors! The Book Fair and all events are free. I will be interviewing Jackie Collins in the Fiction Pavilion at 1:00pm.

Tuesday, October 11: The next Mediabistro Book Party will be at the Viceroy in Santa Monica.
