Robert Kerbeck’s piece about working with O.J. Simpson right before the infamous murders can be read at Narratively. His short story, “G.O.D. Live In Concert,” is featured in the Cortland Review and reviewed by the Emerging Writers Network. Finally, his kooky tale about surfing werewolves, “Lycans Don’t Surf,” can be read in Cream City Review.

Mineral School is currently taking applications (deadline 2/15/16) for summer writing residencies in the former 1940s school in a little lake town near Mt. Rainier, in Washington. Residencies last two weeks, the cost is $400 (some fellowships for NW writers available), and include room and board (food allergies/lifestyles accommodated), visiting author presentations, and opportunities to share work with the public. Last year writers came from the Bay Area, Michigan, New York, Oregon, Portland, and Seattle. View the application with all the salient details.
