Here are the goals posted on the Facebook Page and in the Group in January.

Nita Sweeney Revise MS with beta reader comments (thankfully few) and submit! Also monthly newsletter time.

Bill Kelly Again, I hope to make any progress.

Daniel Escurel Occeno Continue revising my self-published paperbacks to 6 by 9 bookstore quality.

Kevin Wilkerson Score a new client – the PR proposal is in their hands – and get paid (finally) by a “we’ll start next month” website content management client that’s been hanging like fruit ready to fall from the tree since November.

J Blair Brown Fortunately, I reached one goal: I booked by niece for her first TV appearance on a popular regional morning show (she’s a 14-yr-old recent heart recipient). She’ll be discussing her journey and the special event coming up in March. Here’s the info…https://chop.donordrive.com/index.cfm…

J Blair Brown Also…just pitched a writing/freestyle workshop to a community program that helps troubled kids. Will present to the ‘big guns’ soon!

Nita Sweeney Incorporate beta reader feedback into new MS. Also doing a summit interview. Need a better zoom backdrop. My office looks like a bomb went off in it.

Lois Paige Simenson Complete developmental edit. Moving on to the next round.

Deborah S Patz Late posting my goals, but been busy putting together the MWP book booth for the DM Youth Expo in North Vancouver this Saturday. I’ll be there with my teen filmmaking book Write! Shoot! Edit!

Alexandra Lynn Stobb Walser taking a Udemy or other online course and doing other research to help me improve my character development

Bill Kelly I hope to make more progress on the novel.

Keianna Johnson My goal is to submit my first blog post of the year.

Daniel Escurel Occeno To finish my revisions.

Pam Martin I absolutely, positively MUST write at least 5 chapters for my WIP this week — more would be better!!!

Nita Sweeney MS to editor by midnight Wednesday.

J Blair Brown Diligently developing a curriculum for troubled teens titled, “In My Feelings,” to encourage written/audible expressions and an outlet for frustrations. Have a possibility on the table as we speak. Hoping it works out because this 9-5 non-creative job is sapping the life out of me!

Nita Sweeney Meet deadline. Survive steroids. STOP COUGHING!

Beth McGee Remain in control while I facilitate a meeting in which irate residents will be present and attacking our board. Ohhhhmmmmm. Ohmmmmmmm.

Lois Paige Simenson Complete Phase 2 of Developmental Edit with my editorial team! Such a relief to be at this point. Took forever, but it’s happening!

Elisabeth Lawaczeck Publish my book!

Sarah Glenn Finish uploading contacts. Send out final acceptances and rejects. Write bookstore again about conference I’m reading at.

Stephanie Bourbon To work on my course for writers every day. take massive imperfect action towards that daily, and write a little bit as well as keep up with social media

Tom Moser Really trying to nail down my next novel idea.

Paula Smalla I had planned to finish part 1 of book 1 by the end of the year. Then I got the flu and couldn’t stand or breathe for 2 weeks. Wrote a page yesterday (1 down of another 50 or so…). And then the story had the gall to take on its own priorities and added another 5 scenes that I now need to write before I can write the initially planned pages…

Daniel Escurel Occeno The same unfinished goal of last week.

Bill Kelly I hope I’ll just start writing again.

Pam Martin Finish the review/revisions for WIP #1 and add at least 2 chapters to WIP #2

Lois Paige Simenson Create my first newsletter

Deborah Lyn Stanley Write drafts for three articles

Nita Sweeney Playing catch up after being sick and finishing draft of new MS.

Alma Bosek To write. I haven’t been doing much writing in the past few months

Rosemary Bointon Get more engagement on blog and FB. It is working on FB as I just got to 100 likes. I didn’t promote it at all previously and so getting about 10 or so more likes in the last 10 days has given me a real boost. The campaign continues!

Nita Sweeney Playing catch up. Also new MS due end of the month.

Markell Steele Morris Start posting more on my LinkedIn business page.

Deborah Lyn Stanley Polish and post two scenes, find a professional editor, and a book cover designer. Recommendations welcome!!

Bill Kelly I’d be happy just to get anything going again.

Daniel Escurel Occeno To work on the same goal of last week.

Deborah Lyn Stanley Polish and post two scenes, find a professional editor, and a book cover designer.

Daniel Escurel Occeno To self-publish my novel “PLAY THE GAME. TOMMY!” on paperback and ebook.
