LA Screenwriters: The Expanding Your Screenwriting Horizons panel with authors Todd Klick, Jeffrey Schecter, Ross Brown, Troy Devolid, and Eric Edson will be at the Barnes & Noble on Third Street Promenade in Santa Monica on Thursday, January12, at 7:30pm.

LA Journalists: Join the Ed2010 Los Angeles Book Club. This group meets once every two months to discuss a journalism-themed book. Simply read the current selection: But Enough About Me: A Jersey Girl’s Unlikely Adventures Among the Absurdly Famous by Jancee Dunn, the author’s memoir of her time at Rolling Stone. Then, attend the meeting on Wednesday, February 15, at 7:30pm at Green Peas in Culver City for an hour-long discussion.
