wga awards 2017It’s always fun to be in a place that’s celebrating writers. There’s a lot of fun and emotion when the people who are usually behind the computer screen are brought down the red carpet and in the case of the winners onto the stage.

Tonight, the Writers Guild of America, West (WGAW) and the Writers Guild of America, East (WGAE) announced the winners of the 2017 Writers Guild Awards. Categories included outstanding achievement in writing for film, television, new media, videogames, news, radio, promotional, and graphic animation. I was at teh ceremony in Beverly Hills, hosted by Patton Oswald.
