Here are the goals posted on the Facebook Page and in the Group in September.

Daniel Escurel Occeno I was able to update 2 eBook covers Monday Gubat Time so ahead of my goal of updating more. I need to plot the chapters of my NaNoWriMo novel for November. I also need names of not-main characters. Bible names existed and names, which existed, before 1824.

E.M. Shue Finish bible for book 6. Start bible for book 1 of new series.

Sarah Glenn I’ve just introduced a new character into the storyline. I need to find his next point of impact with the heroes and see how he changes things.

Alisha Vincent I need to finish a short story for an anthology.

Christy Jackson Nicholas I’m in the dreaded line-by-line grammar edit mode for my recently completed first draft. Getting rid of 90% of ‘was’ and ‘could’ and ‘that’, fixing spelling, grammar, repeated words, cliches, all of that. I did chapter 1 of 22 yesterday. My goal is to get through at least chapter 10 this week. I’ve some big blocks of time to work on that today and tomorrow.

Lois Paige Simenson Outline Book Two.

Jenny Kales Finishing up final edits for the 4th book in my cozy mystery series!

Duane Collins Get some words down for my stories.

Bill Kelly I’m hoping for another 1500 word

Gisele Perez Would really like to write at least one blog post.

Petrea Burchard Outlining a new screenplay this week!

April Bing Right now, I’m working on multiple blog posts but my deadline is to get one done for this week (while continuing to work on others).

Loren Kinsella Finish this flipping script!

Tamara Kaye Sellman Presenting at a conference (non writing) this week and traveling. Working out my new novel plot etc at bedtime. Seems to help!

Eve Kanne Finish Novel. Done Done. Edited. Put to bed

Sandra de Helen Apply for Camargo residency, Finish the migraine essay, RECORD SOMETHING, Move Literary Lesbian reviews to my own website, Study French, Learn to write Hangul Korean letters, Work on the dress, Do yoga five times

Terry Hiner Send book into three award competitions.

Lois Paige Simenson Attend our Anchorage writer’s conference and take a break from my novel. Meeting with the senior editor of Kensington Books who acquisitioned and edited Dan Brown and Tom Clancy books. Intimidated and terrified doesn’t even begin to cover it 😳🤪

Bill Kelly I’d like to get at least 1500 words on one of my two books. I’d say the minimum would be 500 words on the main book. If I did that with 1000 words on the other, then I’d be happy. I want to get far enough on the other one to send the opening chapter to the friend who is agitating me to write that one.

Pam Martin Incorporate the primary source info I got into the NIP and finish it. Pick up where I left off on an Every Book and Crannies series book, and make sure I have my NaNoWriMo project ready to go. Attend a lecture about the camp superintendent for the CCC camp in my current NIP, in case I need to add more.

Sandra de Helen Write a new essay on migraines, Cut out a new dress and start on it, Do yoga five times, Record one poem and listen to it.

Daniel Escurel Occeno Continue updating covers of my ebooks along with plot and plan my NaNoWriMo novel for November 2018 since I will need the month of October to do research of a historical novel.

Dimitri Kasongo My permissions right now is not my issues but my rights now is your best move….

Joe Giambrone I may have to stop world war three.

Joe Ferraro-Shey Let the battle begin..

Daniel Escurel Occeno To resolve my gadget technology problems in self-publishing my stories on eBook with Amazon.

E.M. Shue 6 more character profiles

Bill Kelly I recently found something that I need to add to an earlier chapter. I hope I remember to do so. Finishing this chapter would be good, but I’ll be happy with any progress. A friend was trying to help me find a place to publish a commentary that I wrote. I’ll try to remind him.

Martha Zita Eliesa Martin Chapter one thru three outlines

Pam Martin Finish at least 3 chapters on the NIP; I’m hoping to finish this draft by Sunday.

Sandra de Helen Write a new essay on migraines, Cut out a new dress and start on it, Do yoga five times, Record one poem and listen to it.

Larissa Merriman Finish the latest draft of my new “short” for my writers group on Thursday. So a two day goal here.

Eve Kanne Be on track to finish all edits by end of month.

Terry Hiner Promote! Promote! Promote!

April Bing Always working on consistency. And, now, I’m working on booking guest spots on podcasts. #WriteOn

Heather Lyzz Getting articles ready for October!

T.D. Dixon Dunno yet. Wrote three pages on a whim today. As soon as I clear my plate of other priorities for the studio, I’ve got a piece I’m dying to tell.

Bill Kelly At this point, I’ll be happy with any progress on the current chapter. The style of this chapter is different from the rest of the book, and I’ve been struggling all month with the switch. As we’d agreed, I was going to go to another chapter and come back later, but I was sitting one night and just turned off one part of my mind and wrote with another. If I can do that a few more times, I’ll get there.

Tony Gee Finish polishing my novel pitch before the Conference.

Pam Martin 3 client blogs (800 words each), 2 posts for my own, and at least 5K words on the novel.

Mercy Fae Author To work on my next novel on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays each week.

Cj Bloyer I’ve got 3 for September: 1. Finish my website and go live. 2. 2nd edit on Episodes 1-5 of my serial. 3. 1st edit on Episodes 6-10 of the serial. That’s pretty ambitious for me, but doable, I think.

ShainaNjustin Robinson My story is at a crossroads and I have no idea how to move forward. Hoping to have some clear vision by tonight so this whole week can be dedicated to the next chapter.

Meg Wilson Plan on putting aside Thursday Friday and Sunday for the next few scenes in the novel and I have a short story that keeps invading so I need to get that on paper too

Lois Paige Simenson I must make decisions how to write my antagonists. It involves gender discrimination in the wildfire community. It is a subplot to the romance I’m writing. At first I didn’t think I had the courage to write it and kept chickening out. Then my critique …See More

Daniel Escurel Occeno To finish updating my eBooks with new covers.

Tanya McLaren Oliver Survive.

Sandra de Helen Contact more bookstores re next April. Read and review another book. Do at least four submissions on Saturday Sept 15 to top tier journals. Go to the day long writers conference on Sunday at Fallbrook. Send the review to Lambda.
